Standard Double Diamond™ Warranty

The Standard Double Diamond Warranty is already included in the product price. The respective periods for the standard warranty can be found on the product pages in our web shop.

Extended Double Diamond™ Warranty

You can also extend your Double Diamond warranty or protect a previously purchased Black Box® brand product(*) for an additional year for only 10% of the purchase price. Or, extend your coverage for a full three years for only 20% of the purchase price. For details, please contact your account manager.

What's more, we also have a 30-day return policy. Simply request a Return Authorization (RA) number through our online RA form, return your product in new condition and in the original package, and receive a full refund.
